KELEBIHAN:
  1. Saat digeber, Aero-X mampu melaju dengan kecepatan maksimal hingga 72 km/jam dan melayang pada ketinggian 3,7 meter.
  2. Hebatnya lagi, Aero-X Hoverbike mampu ditumpangi dua orang sekaligus, asalkan total beratnya tidak melampaui batas maksimum 140kg.
  3. Mampu menyalurkan tenaga hingga 80 kW dan terbang hingga ketinggian 10.000 kaki.
  4. Cara mengendarainya mudah seperti mengendarai motor.
  5. Dilengkapi dengan 2 buah parasut sebagai pengaman kecelakaan.
  6. Karena termasuk dalam kendaraan ultralite, yang berarti bahwa tidak akan memerlukan lisensi pilot untuk menerbangkannya.


TAMBAHAN:
  1. Bisa dikendalikan lewat suara, maupun dengan smartphone dan tablet serta otomatis sehingga pengendara bisa tinggal duduk dan kendaraan akan berjalan sendiri. 
  2. Ramah lingkungan, untuk bahan bakar dengan tenaga listrik melalui charger selama ½ hari (akan menghasilkan tenaga sama dengan volume tangki bensin penuh
 
KEKURANGAN:
  1. Harga cukup mahal, yaitu 85 ribu dollar AS atau kisaran Rp 900 jutaan. Ada juga yang mengatakan harga sekitar US$ 40 ribu atau sekitar Rp 340,7 jutaan.
  2. Belum ada di Indonesia, dan distribusi penjualan masih jarang.
  3. Tidak bisa digunakan lebih dari 2 orang.
  4. Untuk menjelajah lebih jauh perlu tangki bensin sekunder. 


Motor bisa terbang? Konsep itu bukan lagi khayalan atau hanya bisa disaksikan di layar televisi, motor terbang kini benar-benar nyata. Salah satunya lewat tangan Chris Malloy yang telah berhasil menciptakan sebuah motor terbang yang diberi nama Hoverbike.

Berbekal mesin 4 stroke berkapasitas 1.170 cc, motor terbang yang memiliki dua baling-baling sebagai pengganti roda ini mampu menyalurkan tenaga hingga 80 kW dan terbang hingga ketinggian 10.000 kaki.

Ketika diudara, Hoverbike yang dibangun Malloy selama dua tahun diakhir pekan ketika libur bekerja ini sanggup melesat hingga kecepatan 150 knot atau sekitar 278 km perjam seperti dilansir hover-bike.

Motor terbang yang dapat mengangkut satu pengendara ini dibuat dari rangka yang terbuat dari serat karbon yang diperkuat dengan bahan kevlar yang ringan namun kuat.

Prinsip kerja baling-baling yang mengantikan peran roda ini ternyata tidaklah rumit. Menurut Molley, motor terbang ini dibangun dengan mengikuti prinsip yang dipakai helikopter Chinook dengan rotor tandem. Kedua rotor baling-baling berputar dengan arah yang saling berlawanan untuk melenyapkan efek torsi dari kedua rotor.

Sementara untuk pengendalianya, Hoverbike pun tampil layaknya motor pada umumnya. Setiap pengendalian dapat dilakukan dengan stang kendaraan mau maju atau mundur. Grip sebelah kanan bertugas untuk meningkatkan daya dorong, sementara grip kiri mengontrol sudut kontrol motor untuk gerak maju, naik atau mundur.

Untuk fitur keamanannya, Malloy mengatakan dia akan menaruh dua parasut di motor tersebut untuk berjaga-jaga andai baling-baling motor itu mengalami kerusakan ketika diudara.

Dengan dimensi 3x1,3x0,55 m (PxLxT) dan berat 105 kg, Hoverbike Malloy mengklaim motor terbangnya mampu terbang hingga 148 km dengan 30 liter bensin yang mengisi tangkinya. Bila menggunakan bensin di tangki sekunder, maka motor akan dapat menjelajah jarak yang lebih jauh lagi.

Malloy berharap dirinya mampu memproduksi massal motor terbang ini minimal 100 unit pertahun dengan harga sekitar US$ 40 ribu atau sekitar Rp 340,7 jutaan. Bila harga bisa diturunkan lagi, Malloy malah yakin akan ada 1.000 unit Hoverbike yang terjual pertahunnya.

Menurut Malloy, motor ini dapat digunakan untuk berbagai keperluan mulai dari usaha pencarian dan penyelamatan bila terjadi bencana atau kecelakaan, survei udara, syuting film, inspeksi saluran listrik dan militer atau layanan darurat.

Untuk membantu para pemiliknya dari hambatan regulasi untuk bisa terbang, Hoverbike bisa digolongkan sebagai kendaraan ultralite, yang berarti bahwa tidak akan memerlukan lisensi pilot untuk menerbangkannya.

GANLOB.COM – Setelah melalui proses pengembangan selama dua tahun, Aerofex akhirnya secara resmi membuka pemesanan bagi siapa saja yang ingin memiliki kendaraan canggih mereka, Aero-X Hoverbike.
Alat transportasi masa depan yang satu ini menggunakan rotor hovercraft dengan pengendalian semudah sepeda motor, termasuk untuk berbelok ataupun berhenti. 

Pabrikan Aerofex berencana melakukan tes komersial kendaraan ini pada 2016 mendatang. Jika semua sesuai rencana, maka para pemesan dapat mulai memilikinya pada tahun 2017.
Ganlobers pasti bertanya-tanya, berapa kira-kira yang harus dibayarkan untuk memiliki kendaraan keren ini? Namun mengingat sensasi dan gengsi yang ditawarkan oleh kendaraan canggih seperti yang ada pada film Star Wars, soal harga tidak akan menjadi masalah besar.



              

A closer look at the Malloy Aeronautics Hoverbike

Last month we covered the launch of an interesting Kickstarter project that aimed to jump-start sales of a drone version of a fully-functional hover bike. The quadcopter drone acts as a proof of concept for the full-sized manned vehicle, with proceeds from the crowdfunding effort intended to fuel the continued development of the final vehicle. Gizmag visited the Malloy Aeronautics workshop in the UK to take a closer look at the Hoverbike project.
With more than a week remaining before the Kickstarter campaign concludes, its funding goal has been exceeded and development is moving forward at pace. Though the manned Hoverbike is what tends to garner the most attention, the one third scale drones are actually the focus of the Kickstarter effort.
The quadcopter drone can be accompanied by an anthropomorphic, 3D-printed figure known as Cyborg Buster, which features a space to fit a GoPro camera in its head. The drone is capable of following the pilot, following a predetermined flight path, and even has the ability to perform automatic take-off and landing maneuvers.
At this stage, there are three versions of the Hoverbike. The original two rotor manned vehicle, the quadcopter drone, and the still-in-development second prototype Hoverbike.
Thanks to the crowdfunding campaign, we’ve seen quite a lot of the drone, but the full-sized vehicle, in its MK2 state, has remained something of a mystery. Though we’re still a few months out from seeing the finished prototype, the full-sized Hoverbike is already an imposing sight. The quadrotor frame is similar to the drones offered on Kickstarter, but decidedly more angular, constructed from a combination of carbon sheet and aircraft-grade aluminum.
The design of the manned vehicle is cleverly thought out and features a number of interesting design points, such as adjustable weighting in the central section to ensure correct balancing regardless of pilot physique, a self-cutting rotor channel, and offset rotor placement.
In its current, rotor-less state, the inside of the circular, protective blade housing is filled with UV-stabilized polycarbonate (as pictured below). Once the rotors are fitted, they’ll cut through the material, creating a channel that reduces the clearance between the propeller top and duct wall.
The offset design of the four rotors allows the protective frame around one of the blades to be used as a mounting for the other, meaning that the revised vehicle can keep its narrow profile, making it practical for negotiating difficult terrain.
Though the act of designing and creating a fully functional hover bike may seem technologically Herculean, there’s no practical barrier to making it happen, at least not with the quadrotor design Chris Malloy and his team are working on with the Hoverbike. While public skepticism may be a significant barrier, the real challenge is bringing together existing technology, while making the vehicle safe, practical and economically viable.
The move from a dual to quad rotor setup is all about stability. The original Hoverbike design was certainly eye-catching, but it suffered from significant practical problems – namely, that if it were to reach a certain angle in a turn, it would become difficult for the pilot to right the vehicle. This is no longer an issue with the quadcopter design, with the varying thrust of the four rotors affording the vehicle significant stability.
If you find yourself talking to someone about a project such as this, one paramount area of concern that quickly arises is safety, and understandably so. Despite its name, the Hoverbike is not a hovercraft. It will travel up to altitudes in the thousands of feet, as well as achieve significant forward momentum.
One key piece of the puzzle here, and something that should assuage many safety concerns, is that the manned Hoverbike will be equipped with autopilot capabilities, just like the drone version. This means that though the vehicle can be piloted, a significant margin of human error can be removed from the equation.
The autopilot function also provides the option to remotely control the craft, making it well suited to supply drops, search and rescue operations over difficult terrain, and a whole host of other applications. From mountain rescue scenarios to Red Bull Air Race-esque sports applications, the list of potential uses for the vehicle seems practically endless.
With the Kickstarter project having already exceeded its funding goal, and with murmurs of outside funding, the project is moving full steam ahead. Once the crowdfunding effort concludes on August 31, the team will continue to sell the quadcoptor drones, and plans to test the manned-vehicle within a few months.

Chris Brown - Turn Up the Music

First time, i heard this was on some senior high graduation party that being held in same location as my uni (because we share building with them) the next minute i was actually going to take biochemistry test (my first biochem test and it was suuuuperrr hard T___T) but my mind has gotten preoccupied with this *lol (I even hummed the song while writing answers) and it's actually a song for those kids dance performance. The dance was actually err.... well not bad for a beginner performers, even the dress code (all nike dunks (which i'm still drolling on, because i still don't have it *tear) and black costumes  (t-shirt and skin tight jeans)) they chose all right songs for the medley tho.... INCLUDING THIIIIIS, not enough with fast tempo and upbeat genre, chris brown always has his own choreo for every song and now after i saw the video every time this song is being played my body will move on their own XD TUUURN UP THE MUUUSSSSICCC!!!

EunHae Fanfic Recommendation

 Hi! I actually want to post something like this for awhile ^^
I've been a fanfic reader for years (2 or so) and i think it's time for me to share to those whose hobby *cough* fawning over *cough* otp *cough* is as same as me (EUNHAE FTW!!) and looking for story that fits your likings. So, for a warming up, here we goooo~

It's actually a fanfic compilation that focus on EunHae as main characters. This fic fits to those who's looking for short chaptered, one shots, with many genres like fluff, angst, slice of life and many more. Also it has EunHae with different characters for each title. Talk about the first series, I think it's not really the continuation of the first series as well, because the first one is actually a fanfic compilation too~ The author herself is very genius and I have read almost all of her stories (go check if you haven't!). Beware, you could get addicted =D

So, this is it. I only can post one fic this time because it's already late in my country. I'll post some more when i have spare time, of course with more amazing, great story.
